Intro to Dr Glenn Wallis

Success iD Club is the brainchild of Dr Glenn Wallis.

A renowned international coach of leaders and executives, Glenn is one of the world’s very few Doctors of Coaching and Mentoring. As well as Principal at Glenn P Wallis, a boutique coaching consultancy, Glenn is an author and keynote speaker on all aspects of leadership development.

Glenn devised Success iD Club to promote and professionalise leadership, bringing together bright and inquisitive minds to share and shape the future leadership agenda.

As well as his doctorate, Glenn has a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice, is an Associate of the Institute for Coaching, based at Harvard University Medical School, and an active Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce).

Glenn’s passion for leadership has seen him work with clients around the globe to improve organisational performance, including:

  • Designing and delivering a team coaching intervention for a senior trade team responsible for over £3bn revenue.

  • Designing and co-delivering a ‘leader as coach’ programme for more than 500 senior leaders at one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains.
  • Designing and delivering an advanced coaching programme for senior sales leaders in a global pharmaceutical company with over £16bn annual turnover.
  • Delivering a senior leadership programme for a UK high-street retailer with over £10bn turnover.
  • Developing Compact Coaching® - a methodology for high-quality, time-efficient coaching for today’s busy leaders.
  • A plethora of leaders who have successfully negotiated personal and professional transitions, including many promotions as a direct result of their coaching

Additionally, Glenn’s intellectual curiosity and desire to ‘democratise coaching’ have seen him investigate and develop several methodologies and technology-based tools for virtual coaching.
